An early step in the instructional design process is to gather course content and create a general structure of the desired course. Below are the design documents for the Burnout Prevention and Interviewing Strategies eLearning courses.

Storyboard
A storyboard is used to lay out the structure, navigation, content, and audio for an eLearning course. It is revised and finalized with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or client before an instructional designer produces the course with an authorizing tool.
